We work with a global fulfillment network so we can offer good prices on carefully chosen home products. Here's what to expect honestly, upfront:
- Processing time: 1–2 business days to confirm and dispatch your order.
- Delivery time: typically **7–14 business days** for items shipped from our EU warehouse, and up to 2–3 weeks for items shipped internationally. Exact estimated delivery is shown on each product page and at checkout.
- Tracking: you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
- Shipping cost: 79 kr.
- Customs/import duties: for orders shipped within the EU, no extra customs charges apply.
We'd rather tell you delivery takes two weeks than promise two days and disappoint you - most of our customers tell us the wait is worth it.
